How does Corporate CARE Solutions work?

Corporate CARE Solutions partners with employers to provide national Backup Child and Adult Care services for employees. Care is provided in the comfort and familiarity of your home. This valuable employee benefit enables you to leave your loved ones in the care of a professional caregiver and go to work with peace of mind. We come to you – so you can go to work!

How much does it cost?

Employees traditionally pay a reasonable and affordable Co-pay. On occasion, some employers fund 100% of the cost.

Is my company/employer eligible?

All companies are eligible. The Corporate CARE Solutions program is designed to be affordable and easy to implement. Companies of all sizes can implement this valuable employee benefit.

What is the difference between Sick Child Care, Backup Child Care and Adult Care?

Sick Child Care is provided when children are mildly ill, have a cough/fever, recovering from accident or injury or cannot attend daycare/school due to symptoms.

Backup Child Care is provided when your regular caregiver is unavailable, daycare/school is closed or you require Child Care while on a business trip.

Adult Care is provided for your loved ones (18 years of age or older) who are in need of companion assistance, mildly ill or recuperating from an accident, injury or other situation requiring non-medical care. This includes spouses/domestic partners, parents and grandparents.

How do I know if my employer offers this benefit?

Contact your HR department or call Corporate CARE Solutions at 1-844-888-CARE (2273) for more information.

How do I register?

Once you receive notification from your employer, you can register online in minutes.

What are the caregiver qualifications?
  • Adult Care - CPR trained in compliance with state law
  • Drug tested (where available)
  • Experienced in caring for adults and/or individuals
  • Experienced in caring for children 1 day to 18 years of age
  • Experienced in caring for premature babies, newborns, infants, multiples and special needs children
  • Insured
  • Minimum 1 year previous Child Care and/or Adult Care experience
  • Minimum 19 years of age
  • Personally interviewed
  • Private Investigative Report and/or background check
How many times may I use the program?

You’ll receive an allotted number of CARE Units from your employer to utilize per year. This benefit can also be offered without an annual limit.

Is care always provided in-home?

No – not always. Corporate CARE Solutions recognizes most children and dependents are not comfortable being cared for in an unknown environment and most parents prefer to leave their children in familiar surroundings. Care is provided in the employee’s home, hotel if traveling for business or anywhere in the U.S. their loved ones are located. We come to you so you can go to work. Expeditious staffing and readily available Care Providers allows employees to quickly and easily resolve family care breakdowns. More importantly, employees can rest assured their loved ones will be happy, relaxed and well-cared for while they focus on work.

In addition to Corporate CARE Solutions national network of Care Providers, our My Choice Care program provides employees an additional option. My Choice allows employees to select the caregiver or daycare center of their personal choice. When utilizing a known caregiver or daycare center is paramount, Corporate CARE Solutions wants to meet employees in their comfort zone. When selected, employee compensation is provided.

Does it matter where I live or work?

No. Corporate CARE Solutions has a nationwide network of premiere Care Providers. You can utilize care for your child in your hotel while on a business trip or for an parent who resides in another city/state. Care is currently provided in the U.S. only.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel a CARE Request up to 12 hours prior to the start of service without charge. A charge will be assessed if you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice.

May I use the caregivers privately?

Yes. We hope you take comfort in knowing you can utilize the same caregivers for your personal (non-work related) needs. Contact your favorite Care Provider for rates and further information.

How far in advance may I request care?

You may request care the same day or up to 1 month in advance.

May the caregivers drive?

Caregivers will provide their own transportation to the CARE location as requested by the employee. Private vehicles will NOT be used to transport dependents. However, with the parent/guardian’s permission, caregivers may walk to school bus stops and neighboring parks and may accompany a child/adult dependent using public transportation (i.e. bus, taxi).

May I request specific caregivers?

Yes. You have the ability to request your Preferred Care Provider/Agency and select specific caregivers.
